What the consul said intentionally revealed that he was a member of the organization that tried to kill me. What he said revealed that they were around me. This Consul in question who was at the low echelon of the organization and belonged to the Embassy called me to his house to package me as anti-Jeolla-Do and anti-government extreme right, and showed off his very affluent economic life which was beyond comparison with mine.

After the failed attempt to kidnap by agent Kim Jong-Gil at a corner of Place Poelaert in front of Supreme Court, Agent Gil-Sang Nho sped up in a luxury car that he used to show off, got out of a big road and went on a narrow and winding road (Chaus. De Louvain), and then went back on a large road (Blvd. du Régent) again, stopped the car in front of a war memorial in Place Poelaert in front of Palais de Justice, looked around and mentioned financial compensation. He said the basic order of the world is who takes more to eat, and said to eat is to benefit, and that I had to be flexible. It was their appeasement that I accommodate financial compensation flexibly. He is the person who said I could ride on a luxury car like his if I follow the orders well. Among these unidentified four adults, an elderly male adult said I was not listening. It is the same thing Ham Yong-Sun, who appeared to lure me to Western Germany, said at a restaurant near the grand plaza. After Kim Jong-Gil looked out for the situation turning around to see even further, his wife determined that the kidnapping attempt failed and she let children play ball, and the children were acting like machines. Theirs were joyless and tense faces that can hardly be found among children.

Kim Jong-Gil left Brussels after an event to commemorate 6.25 at the Grand Cathedral. Ambassador Choi Dae-Hwa was there also. The last word Kim Jong-Gil said as he was taking the airplane was “Blue House”. It was an unintelligible answer which was not responsive to my question. It was the beginning of something different. Before he left, Nho Gil-Sang and his colleagues (etc.) said that to eat is to gain, and said that a big compensation would be paid.

Mr. Black Suitcase, a member of diamond smuggling crime organization, conveyed words regarding the compensation to conceal terror as if he were a spokesperson of councilor Jung Kang-Hyun.

Mr. Paid Well said President Kim Dae-Jung sent money to North Korea for the amount of billions, and participated in the conspiracy to harm me. When I was losing consciousness because of the drugs, Mr. Paid Well put smile on his face, shook his finger left to right and tested how conscious I was. Mr. Paid Well said many people would be there before I lost consciousness, and I asked later on whom they were but he said he didn’t remember. In the evening that day, I, who had lost consciousness because of the drugs, was able to avoid death incidentally thanks to the presence of people who went there to sleep. Mr. Paid Well gave up the plan as unexpected visitors appeared.

Mr. Wise. It was 3:25 pm in the afternoon when I passed in front of the East Gate, it was drizzling.When I arrived nearby the Blue House at 3:39 pm, someone in plain clothes at the spot where the police was standing told me in an aggressive tone that I could not go, unlike before. (He is called Myong Hwan X. He has distinctive skin, looks a little taller than I am, and thinly built. In the process of their blocking the road and instigating me, I raise my voice to talk about the terror activities of their colleagues. In order to go to the front of the Blue House again, I take small sideways that the above four persons used to drag me to the police station. I go back to the location where I was originally blocked and protest.

The protest was extended from one hour to one and a half hour due to the exercise of power by the police and the agents located in front of the Blue House to silence the memory of terror. After about one and a half hour I told the staffs in front of the Blue House that I am leaving so that they could hear, and two policemen brought a patrol car and forcefully dragged me to the car.

The two policemen forcefully push me into the patrol car at 5:8.

The person called Dong-Ho Lee in police uniform tells me he would drop me at Chong Ro 3-Ga. They say something like they would take me to Han Kang Ro so that I would have a hard time, and pick a quarrel with me. They even add the words “Do you have money to take a cab?”. Are they trying to scare me? The police say these words to a terror victim? What’s the purpose? Lawless political power can do a lot of things to erase the memory of terror.

“Write down everything about political terror if you want.” they say. They even suggest they would drop me in front of a newspaper company. I have experienced well the multi layered behaviors carried out by a Counsel and news reporters. “Intelligence agencies of other countries are worse.” A person in police uniform who is a little bigger than Dong-Ho Lee said. (Lee Sang-eop, president of the Korea National Police University, was appointed as the second deputy director in charge of domestic affairs. They say they don’t even know the location of NIS and say all kinds of things.)

Does the Blue House mean that the terror and conspiracy of foreign intelligence agencies are worse than the conspiracy and terror of DSC officer Yang-Hong Bae and Vice Minister rank Ambassador Dae-Hwa Choi that I experienced? Shouldn’t they say these words only when they know what I went through and are in a position to compare? I went to the Blue House, and it was 3:40 when I arrived in front of the Blue House.
